Substantive analysis of Builders Risk policies prior to project start-up.

I will work with your attorney or insurance broker to help clarify policy language and determine if the policy dovetails with scope of work or contract of work requirements and specifications. I will recommend alterations to policies where appropriate and where the market permits.
